Added Sneaky Boy and Operation Toybox Storm

A long overdue update with two new loops. Both of them were made as part of Music Weeklies Challenge.

I’m still figuring out the efficient way to update the downloadable archives and it takes much more time than I expected. That’s why the new tracks are not in there yet, but you can still download them from the player’s interface (right click the player under the cover image and select “Save Audio As…”; the process may be different in your browser, but the option to download should be there somewhere).
